               The Federation Equestrian
Internationale (FEI) announced today that NetJets® Inc., the New
Jersey-based private aviation company, will become a marketing
partner for the equestrian discipline of Reining by sponsoring
the inaugural FEI World Reining Masters.
              NetJets international
partnership with FEI Reining will be activated in Europe and North
America throughout 2004. Under the agreement, NetJets will become
the presenting sponsor of the FEI World Reining Masters Finals,
which will be held in Oklahoma City on December 2, 2004. Representatives
from 16 countries are expected to compete for a purse of $100,000.

              The NetJets / FEI World
Reining Masters agreement was established through the efforts
of the American Quarter Horse Association and the National Thoroughbred
Racing Association, with support from the National Reining Horse
Association. AQHA and NTRA have maintained a strategic alliance
since NTRA’s inception in 1998. NetJets has been an official sponsor
of the Breeders’ Cup and NTRA for more than two years and has
been involved at many top turf races in the U.S. and Europe.
              “NetJets is pleased
to enter into a partnership with the FEI World Reining Masters,”
said NetJets Chairman and CEO Richard T. Santulli. “NetJets is
the worldwide leader in fractional ownership and through the FEI
World Reining Masters, we believe our partnership will generate
new business for NetJets while providing reining horse owners
with the flexibility they need in their global travels.”
              “We are excited that
NetJets has extended its relationship with the FEI World Reining
Masters and our worldwide reining participants,” said NRHA Executive
Director Dan Wall. “NetJets’ reputation as the leader in high-quality
private aviation services is a perfect fit as a marketing partner
                for the best in Reining.”
              The FEI Reining Committee
is working with international governing bodies (National Equestrian
Federations) to advance Reining at the international competitive
level, with aspirations of securing a place for Reining in the
Olympic Games. The inaugural FEI World Reining Masters Finals
will be held in conjunction with the 2004 NRHA Reining Futurity
& Championship Show. Bids are being accepted for the 2005 event,
which will be held in Europe and for 2006, when the event will
                return to North America.
              The 2004 event will
be televised by “America’s Horse,” AQHA’s weekly television program
on the Outdoor Life Network. The FEI is seeking European television
                distribution.
              NRHA is proud to host
the first-ever $100,000 FEI World Reining Masters Finals presented
by NetJets, which will be held in conjunction with the NRHA Futurity
                & World Championship Show, November 25 - December 4, 2004. The
world’s best reiners will meet in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to
represent their countries in this historic and much anticipated
                International event.
